This place is a treasure! The staff's friendliness and the excellent dining options made my stay memorable. I enjoyed the beautiful mountain views from my Deluxe Queen Room. There were a few hiccups, like the small pool and thin mattresses, but the overall experience was delightful, and I can’t wait to come back!

The beds were heaven, and the all-you-can-eat crab legs were a culinary delight. My mom loved the $2 ice cream cones at the restaurant, making this trip memorable.

I encountered rude front desk interactions and was disappointed with the thin mattresses in our room. A better experience could have been achieved without these issues.

I stayed for one night and had a great experience on my romantic trip. The saltwater pool was refreshing, and the all-you-can-eat crab legs were a highlight of the buffet. My previous visit to nichols didn't compare, as this time the beds were comfortable and the shower had perfect water pressure.
